Our application process is simple, but don't wait to apply after you have found a house you like or it may go to someone else first! There is a lot of competition on nice homes, so be ready!
You can apply online and get approval fast. Just make sure you meet the qualifications, and have all requested documents for the fastest approval time.

You'll need about 45 to 60 days for the entire process.
$40,000 or more a year total household income.
Minimum 580 credit, based on your Transunion credit Score.
Clean background check, no disqualifying criminal history.

A deposit equal to two months rent. Then, right before you move in, your first months rent is due and is prorated to the day you move in.
If you have furry four-legged friends that live with you, you will be required to pay a deposit for each pet, as well as a small "pet rent" fee each month. You are allowed up to three pets with a combined weight of 180 pounds.
